Sweet Basil Mojito
Captain Morgan Rum muddled with Lemons, Basil and Brown Sugar topped with Ginger- Beer.
Served on the rocks. $8
Blackberry Gimlet
Absolute Vodka or Tanqueray Gin muddled with Blackberries, Sugar, Lime Juice. Served on the rocks. $7
Blushing Martini
Absolute Vodka with Raspberry Puree, fresh Lime Juice topped
with a splash of J. Roget Brut Sparkling Wine. Served in a Martini Glass. $8
Tequila Sunset
Sauva Tequila with Lime Juice, Guava Nectar, dash of Pineapple Juice. Float of Cilantro optional.
Served on the rocks. $7
Chocolate Cherry
Absolute Vodka with Cherry Puree muddled with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and Cream.
