Itinerary

1st port – Ismir, Turkey

Sigara Biregi with Haydari sauce

Deep fried phillo dough, filled with feta cheese and parsley with yogurt, dill, lemon and garlic sauce

2nd port – Athens, Greece

Grilled chicken, red onion and mint kebobs over Greek chop salad

3rd port – Naples, Italy

Penne ala Papalina

4th port – Marseille, France

Filet de boeuf en croute

Beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle and prosciutto wrapped in puff pastry served with green peppercorn sauce

5th port – Barcelona, Spain

Coffee and Turron ice cream torte with honey brandy oranges

Dress for the Captain’s dinner and don’t forget to arrive early for photos with Captain Blake.  As always, transportation home will be available.  Below you will find the menu, each course will be paired with a wine from the regions.  Seating is very limited so call today.

Valentine Menu 2012

Choice of a glass of Champagne or Bellini

1st course

Deep fried Parmesan flatbread with roasted garlic, tomato chutney, fresh mozzarella and creamy spicy Parmesan toppings

2nd course

Creamy spring onion soup with red pepper pesto

3rd course

2 hearts together salad, with hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes and romaine, Dijon vinaigrette

4th course (choice of)

Butter poached lobster and grilled filet mignon over garlic potato gnocchi with red wine sauce and fresh asparagus

Grilled halibut over smashed fingerling potatoes, with tomato butter and sauteed haricot verts

Grilled 12 oz. veal chop over sage and brown butter pappardelle noodles and garlic baby zucchini

Grilled 10 oz. loin lamb chop (porterhouse) over garlic and goat cheese mashed potatoes with kalamata Madeira sauce and braised kale

5th course

White and dark chocolate cinnamon bread pudding topped with vanilla gelato and homemade bourbon caramel corn
